Hamburg.global – A diverse Network for Global Justice
The motivation behind hamburg.global is clear: to find and pursue paths together towards a fairer, more diverse, and sustainable world. In thematic groups focusing on education, peace and disarmament, agriculture and food, or the phase-out of coal, topics are discussed, debated, and perspectives are sought.
The brief for mattrs: a modular system that would allow the non-profit network to visually communicate this diverse range of topics while maintaining a unified image. Through exchange, mutual information sharing, and the organization of various activities, hamburg.global manifests itself in a variety of ways. We developed a design concept applicable to any medium and implementable by the activists themselves.
By defining a clear color palette, the topics are visually distinguished. A minimalist graphic and imagery language with simple effects establishes the self-made character, and all elements can be combined as desired. An image library, inspired by collage techniques, offers creative freedom while maintaining the corporate framework.
